WERNER WOHNBAU specializes in the construction of turnkey terraced and semi-detached houses, apartment buildings and in the construction of retirement and care homes.

Your tasks with us

As a dual student, you will learn the theoretical background knowledge at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mosbach, while in your practical phases with us you will get to know various construction projects in turnkey residential construction and can apply your knowledge directly there. Your main focus at Werner Wohnbau will be in the “Construction Management” team, but you will work in all departments involved in the entire residential construction process. You will support your site manager colleagues in the management, coordination and monitoring of subcontractor services, from the start of construction to handover to our end customers. You will be actively involved in the varied activities, will be able to work independently and thus contribute your own ideas during your DH studies. The focus of your studies at the Cooperative State University in Mosbach (Neckar-Odenwald district) is on Building technology, construction, quality management, business administration, construction management and construction law.

Your qualification

You have (soon) successfully completed your (technical) Abitur or have a corresponding professional qualification (Fachabitur holders must take the aptitude test at DHBW Mosbach before starting their studies; professionally qualified students must meet the relevant requirements for enrollment at DHBW Mosbach)
