We are currently looking for an architect, civil engineer or construction technician to join our planning team at our main site in Niedereschach.

WERNER WOHNBAU specializes in the construction of turnkey terraced and semi-detached houses, apartment buildings and in the construction of retirement and care homes.

As a medium-sized, nationally successful family business, we can look back on over 30 years of construction experience. Inspired by the automotive industry, we have transferred its production processes to the construction of real estate and build over 350 homes every year.

Your tasks

Preparation of building applications in close cooperation with the planning team

Preparation of applications for drainage and seclusion

Preparation of working and detailed plans on the basis of existing building application plans

Support with internal technical clarification and advice on our planning

Planning and management of complex and extensive construction projects (terraced houses, multi-storey residential buildings, commercial, care and senior living) in work phases 1-5

Planning of serial terraced house types to the highest energy and sustainability standards

Your education/qualification

A successfully completed degree (architecture, civil engineering) or further training as a construction technician, which you can supplement with professional experience in the planning sector. You have the best chances of getting started with good CAD (preferably Revit) and MS Office user skills

(Very) good knowledge of building law and construction technology
