Do you keep everything under control on the construction site—both professionally and within the team?
At gefeba, youll work as a Senior Industrial Assembly Technician (m/f/d) in the Metal division at the the Duisburg-Hamborn in an environment where experience, clear communication, and hands-on leadership matter. Directly on-site, with a commitment to ensuring that assembly, process, and results all align.
Your responsibilities:
Efficient coordination and supervision of construction sites and installation teams
A knowledgeable point of contact for employees, customers, and subcontractors regarding technical and organizational matters
Conscientious execution of projects in compliance with strict quality, cost, and deadline requirements
Technical supervision and motivation of the installation teams
Active participation in day-to-day operations and assistance with on-site installation work
Your Profile:
Completed training in electrical engineering, e.g., as an electronics technician specializing in operational or automation technology, or as an electrical installer, possibly with a degree as an electrical engineer or master electrician (m/f/d)
Professional experience in leading and motivating the assembly team
Customer focus and relevant expertise
Willingness to actively participate
Class B drivers license and willingness to travel within the Ruhr region
