What you offer

University degree (Bachelors/Masters) in Aeronautical Engineering, Engineering or a comparable qualification; alternatively relevant professional experience in a quality-related aviation environment

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience

Good knowledge of EASA, UK CAA, FAA and TCCA regulations

Auditing experience is an advantage

Good understanding of aviation maintenance processes and quality management systems

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Good command of written and spoken English

Good command of written and spoken German

Good MS Office and general IT skills

Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working approach

These are your tasks

Plan, prepare and coordinate customer, authority, internal, vendor and subcontractor audits

Monitor, track and follow up audit findings and related corrective actions

Manage occurrence reporting processes and support occurrence investigations

Conduct risk assessments and support continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain and improve quality, compliance and management system documentation, including MOE procedures and supplements

Manage licensing and authorization documentation

Support the administration and development of quality-related IT systems and training platforms

Conduct quality-related trainings in cooperation with operational departments
