Your role at Sonnen-Energie

As an Engineering Project Manager at Sonnen Energie, you are the central point of contact for our existing customers after their PV system has been commissioned. You will coordinate service and warranty cases, support our project managers with their day-to-day tasks, and ensure that deadlines, tasks, and project data are always under control. As the interface between sales, project management, and customers, you will bring structure to the process – ideal for anyone who works in an organised manner, has a technical interest, and enjoys taking responsibility.

Your tasks

Contact person for our existing customers after the commissioning of their PV system

Processing of customer inquiries and organisation of service and warranty cases

Supporting our project managers in their daily business

Interface between Sales, Project Management, and Customers

Supporting sales with technical and organisational queries

Scheduling and tracking of open tasks

Maintaining our customer and project data, as well as general organisational and administrative activities

Your profile

Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship or comparable qualification

Structured and independent way of working

Enjoy dealing with customers

Organisational skills and teamwork

Secure handling of MS Office

Technical interest – Experience in the field of photovoltaics is an advantage, but not essential
