Technical Director Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) At GELO Holzwerke, you will be responsible for our electrical systems and lead your team with expertise and foresight. Your tasks:

Leadership and further development ours Electrical engineering teams

Assurance high availability of our production facilities

Planning and implementation of Maintenance, optimization and investment projects

analysis and sustainable resolution of technical malfunctions

Personal developments automation and control technology

Responsibility for compliance with safety and quality standards

Shaping the technological future our plants through innovative and efficient solutions

Coordination of external service providers and close collaboration with production and maintenance

Your profile:

Completed Study of electrical engineering or flexible training approach to become a master electrician, industrial master electrician or state-certified electrical technician or equivalent

Several years experience in the maintenance or automation technology department of an industrial company

First leadership experience, enjoyment of it, Motivating employees and to develop further as well as high resilience (at least 2 years)

Solid knowledge of PLC and control technology as well as in Experience with modern production facilities is desirable.

shift readiness (Early and late shifts) as well as On-call

Structured, solution-oriented and independent work style

Distinctive technical understanding, decisiveness and a hands-on mentality

Teamwork skills, strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
