Join our team and play a key role in supporting strategic commercial opportunities across EMEA. Our team manages product evaluation, pilot, and First of Series (FOS) projects that help showcase solutions, support decision-making, and contribute directly to business growth. Working closely with Sales, Dealers, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and other business partners, you will lead Solution Demonstration Projects from opportunity visibility through successful execution, ensuring these are delivered complete, on time, and with exceptional quality.

Youll Support Meaningful Work By:

Leading product evaluation, pilot, and Proof-Concept Projects from opportunity visibility through planning, execution, delivery, and closure.

Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Dealers, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and other business partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Building strong partnerships with DACH Sales teams, Dealers, and internal stakeholders across EMEA.

Identifying project risks, managing escalations, and driving timely resolution of issues before they impact project delivery.

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, complete, and with exceptional quality standards.

Driving project visibility through proactive planning, reporting, communication, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Contributing continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational excellence and enhance stakeholder experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.

Fluent German and English communication skills, written and verbal (C1).

2-5 years of experience in project coordination, customer-facing operations, or a similar cross-functional environment.

Experience working directly with internal or external customers, vendors, dealers, business partners, or commercial stakeholders; not solely in a back-office support role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in Project Management, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment, or customer-facing operational environments.

Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.

Experience working in international, matrixed organizations and collaborating across functions.

Experience identifying risks, managing escalations, and resolving business-critical issues.
