In your role as Industrial Engineer, you will lead key production projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and timelines. You will play a key role in improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on a dedicated production line

Key Responsibilities:

Productivity analysis of production lines and identification of improvement opportunities with a view to continuous improvement

Participation in the implementation of investments aimed at creating new production islands and lines

Management of BOM, MES system and the manufaturing plant mold pool

Implementation of the manufacturing plant energy management system and identification of decarbonization activities as part of the Road to 100 Ariston program:

Requirements

Degree in mechanical engineering or similar

5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the metalworking sector

Fluency in Italian and English

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidates experience, skills, and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 40.000 € and 58.000 €. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
