Completed at least 3 years of university education in the field of aviation or mechanical engineering

At least 5 years of professional experience in aviation, in the field of work preparation or engine repair

and overhaul

Comprehensive knowledge of the functionality of engine components and systems

Good knowledge of engine documentation and applicable airworthiness and safety requirements

Customer and target-orientation

Flexible, independent and punctual working style

High level of communication skills, ability to work in a team - and resilience

Very good knowledge of English

Boarding / Your tasks

Gathering and assessing technical variances across the production teams and obtaining

TVs (Technical Variances) from Rolls-Royce

Recognising necessary and strategic changes in the manual and developing

change proposals

Planning and implementing process-related improvements to optimise quality, costs

and time

Actively communicate proposals for alternative repair techniques to Rolls-Royce

Coordinating and communicating technical deviations to the mechanic teams and Rolls-Royce

Working closely with internal project and customer teams to ensure a smooth and trouble-free process
