The Impact Youll Make

As Production Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing how we produce high-quality drives at Danfoss, one of Denmarks largest electronics manufacturers. Our production setup combines high automation, short lead times, and customer-specific solutions, and your work will directly influence performance, quality, and reliability.

In this role, you will join a skilled team of 13 production engineers responsible for production technologies, processes, and new product introduction (NPI). You will work hands-on with modern equipment such as robots, AGVs, and intelligent tools, helping ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

What Youll Be Doing

Drive continuous improvement of production processes, methods, and technologies to enhance quality and efficiency

Own and support smaller projects while contributing to cross-functional initiatives, including NPI activities

Develop and maintain production documentation such as SOPs, flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, and SPC

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated systems, including robots and AGVs

Implement preventive actions and improvement initiatives that support team and business goals

What Were Looking For

A degree in Production Engineering or a related field, with experience in process optimization, quality improvement, or Lean methodologies

Strong understanding of automated production environments; Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is a plus

Hands-on mindset with the ability to analyze problems and implement practical solutions

A collaborative team player who is also able to work independently and drive results

Willingness to work mainly on-site in Gråsten and be located within reasonable commuting distance

Fluency in English and Danish (both written and spoken)
