Tasks.

Your tasks.

In coordination with the project team and the technical planning department, you will be responsible for the complete project planning of our parking garage projects, from order receipt through to handover to the customer (m/f/d).

You will develop and refine designs and translate them into digital drawings and models (BIM).

Your focus will be on the technical development of the design and the creation of drawings in accordance with Service Phase 5.

You will assist in coordinating and aligning planning details with internal and external project stakeholders.

You will actively help further develop the use of BIM within the company and have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in an environment with many years of BIM experience.

Profile.

Your profile.

You have completed an apprenticeship as a construction draftsman* or technical systems planner*, have completed further training as a technician*, or have earned a degree in civil engineering or architecture.

You have professional experience in project planning as well as in technical drawing and design.

Some experience with 3D modeling is a plus; knowledge of BIM or Revit is desirable but not required.

You have a good understanding of technical and structural matters and can identify design challenges early on.

You work independently, in an organized and reliable manner, and are able to keep a clear head even in stressful situations.

Experience working in an international environment and a good command of English are desirable, but not required
