Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for all aspects of work planning and organization for your construction projects.

You lead teams of varying sizes and assign tasks in a goal-oriented manner.

You will supervise apprentices and other trainees and coordinate collaboration with subcontractors.

You plan staff assignments and project schedules.

You will be responsible for organizing the procurement of building materials, machinery, and equipment.

You will prepare reports and document construction progress digitally.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations on the construction site.

And thats you

You have completed a vocational diploma (EFZ) in a relevant field and have completed further training to become a foreman.

You have several years of professional experience in construction site management and work planning (AVOR).

You have a Class B drivers license and are available to work on-site.

You have good computer skills and enjoy working with digital processes.

You stand out for your leadership skills and communicate clearly and openly.

You value teamwork and place importance on collegial interaction.
