For an established medium-sized construction company in the field of civil engineering, pipeline and sewer construction, trenchless rehabilitation and replacement of pressure pipelines based in Berlin, we are looking for a committed site manager (m/f/d).

We are currently looking for a specialist in the field of:

Site Manager (m/f/d) - Civil Engineering / Civil Engineering and Pipeline Construction

Your tasks

Transfer and evaluation of order documents from the quotation calculation

Creation of schedules, equipment and personnel deployment plans

Planning and application for traffic routing

Coordination of all parties involved in the project

Study of contracts (in particular VOB, DIN, WN-BWB)

Quality assurance and compliance with technical regulations

Keeping the construction diary

Checking construction site performance and determining construction value

Ensuring occupational safety and accident prevention

Implementation of construction site briefings

Collaboration with foremen and other site managers

Checking the construction diary

Responsibility for the technical and financial success of construction projects

Monthly reporting of project-related key figures

Independent billing of construction projects

Your profile

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification

Relevant professional experience in construction management desirable (but not a must)

Sound knowledge of VOB and relevant technical regulations

Confident handling of MS Office, ideally also RIB iTWO

Class B drivers license required

Very good written and spoken German skills desirable

Ability to work under pressure, organizational talent and solution-oriented approach
