Responsibilities

Organize and safely manage construction sites in the field of industrial and logistics buildings

Ensure compliance with building permits, plans, and regulations; review construction documents

Communicate with local authorities

Document progress and maintain construction site logs

Monitor and control construction activities

Develop construction schedules

Collaborate with suppliers

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors

Participate in official inspections and approvals

Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations

Monitor project costs and coordinate with all project stakeholders

Profile

Successfully completed university degree (Dipl.-Ing. or Master) in a relevant engineering field, preferably civil engineering, building services engineering, or similar

Several years of professional experience in construction site management and project execution

Preferred experience in managing large-scale projects such as warehouse construction

Strong technical knowledge combined with solid business and financial understanding

In-depth knowledge of construction contract law (VOB); confident in contract negotiations and final project settlements

Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (C1 level)

Strong service-oriented mindset, high level of commitment, and self-motivated work ethic

Willingness to travel frequently and flexibility

Estimator | Cost Manager for Large-Scale Construction Projects (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Independently and autonomously prepare quotations and cost estimates for shell constructions, conversions, renovations, and earthworks, aligned with the technical and financial objectives set by management

Develop alternative proposals during the bidding phase

Compile key performance data from both proposed and completed construction projects

Draft and calculate change orders in coordination with the respective site managers

Participate in subcontractor selection, including negotiation and establishment of cooperation terms with suppliers

Coordinate the procurement process (inquiries, orders)

Monitor deadlines, costs, and quality of work

Optimize and control project costs

Profile

Completed university degree in civil engineering, construction technology, or comparable technical education in construction with sound commercial understanding

Extensive experience in construction cost estimation and excellent market knowledge

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of contract law (VOB, HOAI, HOI) is a plus, especially in the context of analyzing and evaluating construction services

Strong customer orientation, service mindset, and negotiation skills

Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
