We are looking for an experienced full-time estimator specializing in insulation and fire protection (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

What you can expect from us:

Preparation of quotation, order and supplementary calculations for building services, specializing in the areas of fire protection and insulation.

Cost estimates/quantity calculations and bid preparation for complex bidding procedures (functional tenders and lump sums).

Cross-location cooperation and collaboration in the acquisition of construction contracts, recognition of opportunities and risks in the processing of offers from a commercial, contractual and technical perspective.

Merging the technical, contractual, commercial and calculative findings of the offer processing.

Accompaniment of larger construction projects to support the project management in the preparation and preparation of supplementary offers in the course of construction.

What you bring with you:

Completed training as a specialist or industrial insulator or further training as a technician or master craftsman in the field of insulation or fire protection.

A high affinity for numbers and initial professional experience in the calculation of technical trades are an advantage.

Sound knowledge in the creation of service specifications as well as in the use of MS Office and common calculation programs.

Responsible, structured and independent way of working with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Good written and spoken German as well as a good understanding of technical and economic contexts.
