SHORT DESCRIPTION

As a dual student, you will be involved in the processes of our company and at the same time study in block phase at our renowned partner university, the dual University of Baden-Württemberg. You will go through all important departments of the company and complete your studies in the active support of the project management. As a future academic, you will also deal with the companys future topics within the scope of your coursework, thus promoting the companys further development at an early stage. During your studies you will deal with exciting topics such as building physics, facade construction or project management. As a dual student, you will be part of a select group: parts of the management board and key management positions have been filled by former alumni. Flat hierarchies in the company give you additional advantages in your personal development and strengthen a unique cohesion in the daily cooperation.

Three-year dual study program in which you alternate between attendance phases in our company and at the Mosbach University of Applied Sciences in Baden-Württemberg.

The study programme is structured in a block system. You alternate between theory phases at the university (max. 3 months) and practical phases in the company (up to 6 months).

Mosbach offers you a detailed insight into the facade industry. You can acquire engineering skills and build up facade-related fundamentals.

Bachelor of Engineering degree with specialization in facade engineering. Categorization of the field of study: Civil Engineering.

Your QUALIFICATIONS

General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) with good grades in the natural sciences, including mathematics.

Good IT skills

Knowledge of English

Initiative, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.

Customer-oriented thinking and organization.

Flexibility and resilience.

YOUR TASKS

Within the 3 years you plan & accompany façade projects from design to production to installation

This will give you an overview of all departments at Feldhaus

You take an active part in the project and can apply your theoretical knowledge directly.

You will get to know basic commercial aspects and focus on sub-areas of business administration.

Thanks to the international orientation of Feldhaus, you can build on and deepen your language skills and apply them directly during stays abroad.

YOUR PERSPECTIVE

You develop a global understanding in the planning, construction & processing of metal & glass facades

In addition to the technical requirements, you will be given an overview of the window and façade market, allowing you to build up a network directly during your studies

You will be actively prepared for a management position at Feldhaus . The foundations you have acquired will open up many opportunities for you, such as project management, construction management or commercial project processing.
