Supply Planner EMEA

- Automotive Business

As a Supply Planner in the EMEA Automotive organization, you are responsible for securing product availability and optimizing inventory to serve both Original Equipment (OE) and Aftermarket (VA) customers. You manage end-to-end supply—from factory finished goods to SKF stock and customer consignment—and ensure the reliable flow of both manufactured and traded products.

You play a critical role in service and inventory performance improvement, capacity planning, and active participation in the S&OP process to drive operational excellence and alignment across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

Ensure on-time product availability across OE and Aftermarket demand, including SKF warehouses and customer consignment.

Translate demand plans into supply plans for internal and traded products, including inbound flow coordination and supplier follow-up.

Manage inventory replenishment processes for assigned assortments across EMEA locations.

Optimize system usage and master data (e.g. DOH, SO99) to improve inventory performance end-to-end.

Align production and supply capacity with manufacturing plants to meet forecast demand and delivery targets.

Drive the Monthly S&OP (MSP) process by preparing supply and capacity proposals, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation actions.

Participate in Weekly S&OE routines to resolve deviations from the supply plan in a structured, collaborative way.

Monitor inventory, order books, and supply plans while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Service, and Manufacturing.

Requirements

Relevant academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Supply Chain experience in the automotive sector (OE and/or Aftermarket) is highly valued.

Power BI and any supply chain planning systems are an advantage

Experience managing both internal and external (traded) product flows is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of end-to-end supply and inventory planning, including customer consignment and factory coordination.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt plans based on changing conditions or constraints.

High level of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
