Calculator for engineering, shell construction, and turnkey construction (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Cost calculation for construction work based on our own calculations and price inquiries with suppliers and subcontractors, in particular the preparation of service specifications

Supporting the operational units by preparing technical and economic calculations

Preparation of alternative technical proposals

Preparation of order and work calculations

Participation in the award negotiations

Your profile:

Completed degree (university of applied sciences/technical university) in civil engineering or comparable training

Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in engineering, shell construction, turnkey construction, costing, or a comparable position

Proficient use of accounting and calculation programs

Independent, structured, and committed approach to work, as well as ability to work in a team

Assertiveness and communication skills

Arikon Tech GmbH, headquartered in Berlin, is part of the ARIKON Group. It offers professional solutions in all areas of building services and electrical engineering, from planning and execution to subsequent maintenance, for both commercial and residential applications.

We are looking for the following positions for our construction sites in Berlin and the surrounding area to start as soon as possible

Plant mechanic in sanitary, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Installing water and air supply systems

• Installing and connecting sanitary facilities

• Assembling heating systems and installing boilers

• Installing solar or heat pump systems

• Testing and commissioning systems

• Collaborating with project and construction management

• Assisting with the preparation of measurements and invoices

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic in the fields of sanitation, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology or comparable experience

• Knowledge of connection techniques for metal and plastic pipes (soldering, gluing, pressing)

• Welding skills are an advantage

• Class B drivers license

• Willingness to perform assembly work

• Good knowledge of German
