Your Tasks

Support and advise the specialized departments on patent law issues as well as conduct patent searches

Support the external firm in drafting patent applications and obtaining patents

Management of the patent portfolio

Clarification of intellectual property matters

Mediation between management, specialized departments, and external patent attorneys in matters of invention and patent law

Participation in the licensing of proprietary intellectual property or in the acquisition of licenses for third-party intellectual property

Patent monitoring

External representation at industry associations in intellectual property matters

The appropriate qualifications are:

Successfully completed university studies in a technical field

Communication and teamwork skills

At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment

Independent, structured, and reliable working style

Commitment and flexibility

Good knowledge of English
