We are looking to strengthen our team with a
Coordinator (m/f/d) mechanical workshop & warehouse
Your essential tasks and responsibilities
Organisational management of our mechanical workshop
Coordinating workflows in the workshop and on the assembly floors, including structuring, labelling and material provision
Organising and monitoring daily warehouse processes, such as goods receipt, order picking, shipping and internal transport
Supervision and enforcing order and cleanliness standards in our mechanical workshop, warehouse and assembly areas
Ensuring the proper condition of shelving, industrial trucks and technical equipment through regular inspections
Coordinating the teams day-to-day operations
Acting as the central point of contact, you ensure a smooth flow of information between production, purchasing and production management
Your profile
Completed training in industrial mechanics, electronics, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in managing workshops or mechanical production environments
Understanding of material flows and warehouse processes is a plus
Experience with ERP / inventory management systems and a valid forklift licence
A tidy and clean working environment is not taken for granted, but actively lived as a standard
Structured and independent working style with a high sense of quality
Fluency in German (C1), English skills are an advantage
