SPECIALIST PLANNER FOR BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERING HLS (M/F/D)

WERNER WOHNBAU specializes in the construction of turnkey terraced and semi-detached houses, apartment buildings and in the construction of retirement and care homes.

Your tasks

Specialist planning of HOAI service phases 3-6 for building services including drainage in residential construction

Support in the preparation of bills of quantities for heating, ventilation and sanitary services

Interdisciplinary coordination of planning

Supporting the construction management in monitoring and controlling the realization

Your education/qualification

Degree in supply engineering, technician specializing in HVAC, career changer with completed vocational training as a plant mechanic or similar.

CAD knowledge would be an advantage
