Customer service technician (m/f/d) heating/sanitary

We are looking for a reliable customer service technician (m/f/d) for heating/sanitary to start immediately or by agreement. You will independently carry out service, maintenance, and repair work and support our customers with your technical expertise directly on site.

Your responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and sanitary systems
• Performing customer service assignments on site (mainly in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland)

Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

Advising our customers on our products and technical solutions

Documenting the work performed

Your profile

Completed training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) for heat/sanitary/air conditioning technology or comparable qualifications

Experience in customer service desirable

Technical understanding and service-oriented manner

• Communication skills, ability to work in a team, and reliability
• Confident and competent manner as well as a goal- and customer-oriented approach to work

Knowledge of MS Office desirable

• Good English skills an advantage
• Class B drivers license required
